Wanted – owner of a 1950’s Mercedes-Benz 300SL Gullwing to offer his car for special display in the Mercedes-Benz Marque Feature at the Lancaster Insurance Classic & Supercars Show at Sherborne Castle, Dorset on 15th/16th July. This show is organised by Rotary Clubs and supports a variety of charities. From last year’s event £53,000 was donated and our target for this year is £70,000. Overall it is expected that some 2,000 classics and supercars will be displayed with an estimated 15,000 people in attendance.

We have already secured some very special Mercedes cars for this prestigious display but are anxious to feature the iconic 300 SL Gullwing  model. The car would be securely displayed in a marquee and would be required on site on Friday 14th July and remain in position until the show closes at 4.00pm on Sunday 16th. Security will be in place throughout this period.
