From a paying customer perspective with past experience as a trader/participant and also a customer at other events, this was the best show of yours that I have been to by a very large margin. As usual all your staff were wonderful on the day, from the staff at the ticket office who were charming, respectful, with smiling faces, making one feel most welcome, it was  a pleasure to part with my money. The gate staff were very polite and helpful as were the parking staff, in fact as usual I could not find fault with any member of your staff.
