Everything you need to know to exhibit at the Classic & Supercars show, whether you want to display your vehicle, car club or run a trade stand.

Classic & Supercars is one of the premier classics and supercar shows in the South of England with over 2,000 vehicles on display. In 2019, over 15,000 people visited the show making it the ideal venue to showcase your vehicles or promote your products.

To make a booking please read the appropriate section below and click on the ‘Book Online’ link. This will display a specific form from which you can make your booking and pay securely online. Alternatively you can download a Generic Exhibitors Booking Form for all types of exhibitor, which can be printed, completed and posted with your payment. Private Vehicle Entries

Pre-booked private vehicles will be displayed in their own dedicated area in Showfield A.

Eligibility: Pre-War and Post War cars, Classic cars introduced prior to 1985, plus later Sports and Grand Touring cars and other cars of special interest, including Kit Cars, Specials, Replicas, American Cars, Custom Cars, Hot Rods and Modified Cars.

Note: Car club members should book directly with their club if a ‘club stand’ has been booked.

Trade, Craft, Autojumble and Motor Dealer Exhibitors

Trade & Motor Dealer Stands – For the display of Vintage, Classic or Modern Cars and for strictly ‘Motor Related’ products or services only.

Autojumble Stalls – For any motor related products or spares only. No bric-a-brac, antiques or other items permitted.

Craft Stalls – There is a dedicated craft area, adjacent to the catering village, with stalls for quality products, including art, greetings cards, pottery, woodworking, jewellery, clothing (quality/retro) and specialist foods. Craft stalls are available both outside and inside a marquee.

Car Clubs

Car Clubs are encouraged to create attractive displays of members cars, to everyone’s overall enjoyment.

Lancaster Insurance Car Club Awards 2020 – On the day, Car Club stands will be judged and cash awards made:

  • Best Car Club Stand – 1st Prize £250; Runner-up £150
  • Special Award (for the Club car that captures the judges hearts) – £100

Note: It is very important to reserve your Car Club Stand at the earliest opportunity based on the anticipated number of club members, as demand is always high. Members should book directly with the club. The stand fees are to be paid for by 1st June and stand size confirmed at that time.

Catering Pitches

The Classic & Supercars Show endeavours to provide its visitors with a diverse range of high quality catering outlets and where possible to avoid duplication.

If you wish to book a Catering Pitch, in the first instance please complete the Expression of Interest Form and a member of the Catering Team will contact you to advise on eligibility of your offering and the availability of pitches.
