Notes:

  1. Application Forms – All stand and pre-booked private entries must be made on the official forms, which will be available in the coming months.
  1. A Free Showguide, cover price £3.00, is issued to each Stand Holder, Car Club entrant and Private Entry car owner.
  1. Vehicle Eligibility – The event is open to any Pre-War cars and Post War Classic cars introduced prior to 1985, plus later Sports and Grand Touring cars and other cars of special interest, including Kit Cars, Specials, Replicas, American Cars, Custom Cars, Hot Rods and Modified Cars.
  1. Trade & Motor Dealer Stands – For the display of Vintage, Classic or Modern Cars, Motor related products or services.
  1. Motor Club Stands – For the display of club members cars. Stands are purchased from the organiser by clubs who may separately charge their individual members for display on either or both days. Note that stands must be well occupied on each day. All prices are for 2 days (equivalent – £6 to £7.5 per car per day), includes per car- all occupants, a free Showguide (cover price £3) and passes.
  1. Autojumble Stalls – For any motor related products or spares only – No bric-a-brac, antiques or other non-related material permitted.
  1. Craft Stalls – There is a dedicated craft area with a marquee and adjacent outside stalls for quality products, including art, greetings cards, pottery, woodworking, jewellery, clothing (quality/retro), foods, etc.
  1. Individual Private Car Entries – The pre-booked entry fee is £12.00 per car for 1 day or £18 per car for 2 days including all occupants. The above entry fee includes:

– Entry to this event with passes and instructions for dedicated Showfield parking
– Admission to the grounds and gardens at Sherborne Castle
– A free copy of the Showguide (cover price £3)

  1. ‘On the Day’ Entries – Cars which meet the vehicle eligibility criteria (see note 3) can be parked in the lower dedicated Showfield.


Lakeside Luncheon

In addition to the wide range of food outlets at the show we are pleased to offer our very popular ‘Lakeside Luncheon’ in our private marquee overlooking the lake.

Renowned high-end caterer Helen Furness is providing the Luncheons on both days, a real treat in charming and tranquil surroundings by the lake.

Saturday Guests enjoy a buffet lunch £25pp, and Sunday guests a complimentary pre-luncheon drink reception in the beautiful Orangery on the Ginkgo Lawn before joining their table for lunch £35pp. There are limited seats and these will be allocated by date order.

Camping and Caravanning on Site Facilities

Camping and caravanning will be permitted strictly for exhibitors only on site Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights in the dedicated lakeside camping area.

Access to the camping area will only be available as follows:

Caravans:

Arrivals from 09.00hrs -21.00hrs on Friday 13th July

Departures from 17.00hrs on 14th & 15th July & 07.00-12.00hrs on 16th July

Tents:  

Arrivals from 09.00-21.00hrs on 13th July and 07.00-09.00hrs on 14th & 15th July

Departures from 17.00hrs on 14th & 15th July & 07.00-12.00hrs on 16th July

Toilets, showers and water will be available on site, but no electrical hook-up is available. All Camping area pitches will be marked out and must be pre-booked. A charge of £10 per pitch, per night will be levied.

Camping is strictly for exhibitors and not for the general public.
